  • Availability of volunteers.

  • Administrative approval.

All decisions of the Foundation regarding assistance shall be final.

may have their registration, membership, volunteer status, or access terminated immediately.

The Foundation may also report suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities and pursue civil or criminal remedies where permitted by law.

19. DONATION UTILIZATION

All donations received by the Foundation are intended to support its charitable objectives.

The Foundation retains sole discretion in determining how donated funds are allocated among approved programmes, emergency relief efforts, operational expenses, awareness initiatives, infrastructure, administration, and other charitable purposes, unless a donation is expressly restricted and accepted as such.

The Foundation does not guarantee that donations will be applied to a particular individual, project, or campaign unless specifically agreed in writing.

20. NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP

Participation in Foundation programmes, volunteering, internships, memberships, awareness campaigns, community activities, or training programmes does not create any employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship unless expressly documented by a written agreement signed by authorized representatives of the Foundation.

21. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

The Foundation endeavors to maintain continuous access to its Website and digital services. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Website may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Programmes may be postponed, modified, or cancelled without liability under such circumstances.

26. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

If a dispute cannot be resolved through mutual discussion, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Where considered appropriate by the Foundation and permissible under applicable law, disputes may instead be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration being Mumbai and the proceedings conducted in English.

29. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
